We're very happy to inform you that the book has been announced on our website with scheduled international release dates as follows:
Continental Europe: late February
UK, Asia, Australia and New Zealand: mid March
North America: late March
Latin America: April
As promised, we will send you your complimentary copy of the book. We will start sending them to contributors once the books have been stocked in the various territories at the time of the above release dates. So please be patient with us.
